This design features pieces with a chamfered base that significantly reduces the risk of toppling! The 4" set is available with the white pieces being made of traditional boxwood and the opposing pieces in beautiful budrosewood.



The King is 4" tall and has a base size of 1 7/8" and we recommend a board with square size of 2 1/4". This set cannot be described as anything other than triple weighted, having a King that weighs 4.5 ounces! Here's a picture of the King unsupported and resting on it's base.
