This is a new hand-carved 6" chess set following the Alexander the Great Theme. The King in this chess set measures 5 3/4" tall and has a base dimension of 1 5/8" with billard board felt bases. Here's a picture of the complete bud rosewood lineup:

These are the bud rosewood pieces that make up the opposing side.

Note that the boxwood pieces are quite different from the opposing bud rosewood piece army:
