This is a hand made chessboard from Ecuador made of natural mussel shell  with a beautiful finish. The board is silk screened on the mussel shell substrate and finished with a protective polyurethane finish.

The board dimensions are 23" x 23" with 2 1/8" squares.
 

This chessboard is truly unique- the shells reflect light as shells would on a seabed.
